The Village of Goshen Department of Public Works maintains all of the streets within the village and is responsible for trash, recycling, and refuse removal.

The DPW repaves roads, maintains drainage structures, and paints crosswalks and curbs and street striping.

The Department’s normal hours of operation are 6:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.

In the event of an emergency after hours, please call the Village of Goshen Police Department at 845-294-7988.

The DPW also includes the Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant Operators, who run the Water Treatment Plant on Lower Reservoir Road, and the Wastewater Treatment Plant on Cypress Road.
